QC Inspector

● QC Support (90%)

o Performs in-process inspection/testing using approved test procedures, quality procedures and visual aids, and documents the results.

o Assists in data entry and performs various electronic transactions.

o Reviews Device History Records (DHRs) for completion and release of non-sterile product.

o Performs destructive testing.

o May perform other various QC testing as needed.

o Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related duties as requested.

o Inspection of some finished goods components per specifications using various measuring devices and documents.

o Provide input to documentation gaps, process improvements.

o Reacts to changing priorities and manufacturing inspection needs with little supervision.


Minimum Requirements

● High School Diploma or equivalent.

● Minimum of one year of experience working in a QC/GMP/GLP/Manufacturing environment.

● Good computer skills with MS Office applications (Word/Excel).

● Strong communication skills

Sales Support Representative

Job Functions:

● Ability to handle complex customer inquiries and receive, review, and process purchase orders.

● Create supplier purchase orders and ensure timely and accurate delivery distribution.

● Ensure on-time delivery of customer orders and manage logistics of shipments based on customer needs.

● Ensure seamless importation of inventory by working with Import/Export Compliance Specialist.

● Liaise between Sales, Service, and Finance teams, Supply Chain, Credit and Collections, Demo and Returns, Warehouse as well as Customers and Vendors.

● Interface with factory and Supply Chain logistics to ensure that the correct equipment configurations are ordered.

● Create and process Service Orders for installation.

● Responsible for processing demo related orders.

 

 

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

● A minimum 2 years of related experience with a good understanding of specified functional area.

● A minimum 2 years full Cycle Customer Service and Sales Order Management or Supply Chain experience.

● Understanding of the logistics business cycle and experienced in Reverse Logistics Functions.

● Understanding of Purchase orders and their legality.

● Ability to meet deadlines, prioritize workloads, maintain a strong attention to detail, and work independently in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment.

● Intermediate skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook.

● Must be available to work longer hours during closings which are the last two days of each month and year.


Engineer, R&D

Job Details:

● Interprets customer specifications to define requirements for mechanical designs.

● Applies the 3D CAD system to create mechanical design and drawings

● Develops detailed fabrication and assembly drawings and performs tolerance analysis.

● Develop prototypes for design evaluation

● Troubleshoot and resolve design & processing issues.

● Design documentation using electronic documentation systems.

● Develops & execute design verification protocols and technical reports.

● Work with internal and external resources on fabrication, inspection, and testing of new product parts and assemblies.

● Develop & debug prototype tooling / equipment and processes.

● Develop test methods and fixtures.

● Train technicians and operators on new process techniques.

 

Background Experience:

● BS in engineering discipline, mechanical preferred

● Minimum 2-4 years related experience, or an MS and less than one year experience.

● Experience with a solid modeling CAD program, preferably Solidworks and/or ProE

● Experience in medical equipment / device design with particular experience in electromechanical, electro-pneumatic, and/or blood pumping equipment development.

● Knowledge in medical device industry regulations and practices – ISO 13485, ISO9001 & GMP

Intern Sales Compensation

What you will learn:

● Will learn various aspects of the sales compensation team and will partner in ongoing projects

● Will own reviewing content language, electronic distribution to sales team and sales leadership for approval and signatures, document maintenance in database and creation of catalogue for easy access.

● Learn to run reports out current systems to track changes to employee status (i.e. new hires, terminations, transfers, promotions, and leaves) are accurately reflected in the Sales Compensation system.

● Assist the Senior Compensation Analyst in auditing Commission Pay statements to identify outlier and verify payments such as True-Ups, adjustments, pro-rations, etc. Develop an SOP on a streamlined process for the team’s use.

● Maintain the commission database for Sales Reps, ensure all moves are accounted for and tracked with 100% accuracy.

● Responsible for identifying, handling and calculating all pro-rations for transfers, LOAs, new hires and terminations. 

● Maintain and audit reports used to track movements of Sales Reps.

 

Experience and Education Requirements:

● Upper-class undergraduate or graduate students majoring in Human Resources, Finance, Business, Economics or related field preferred.

 

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

● Summer: Students must be available to participate in the networking & team building events at the beginning of the program, and presentations at the end of the program.

● Strong analytical, research and problem solving skills with high attention to details.

● Strong verbal and written communication skills.

● Advanced proficiency: Microsoft Excel, basic proficiency in Microsoft Access, and intermediate proficiency in MS Office Suite including Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.

HR Business Partner

Responsibilities:

● Consultation to managers and employees in HR matters

● Partner with employees and leaders to communicate various Human Resources policies, procedures, laws, standards and government regulations.

● Manage Labour law matters and relationships including works council relations and negotiations 

● Manage HR Administrative tasks such as employee contracts, HR system administration (mainly Success Factors), administration of company pension scheme and time recording system and payroll collaboration with outsourced provider

● Manage HR KPIs and reports , analyse data and present trends and recommendations.

● Participate or drive projects to impact e.g. culture, engagement or ways of working within Critical Care


Experience includes:

● Academic degree degree and/or a combination of education and related work experience

● Proven experience and knowledge of principles and practices in HR

● Excellent interpersonal skills

● Proficiency in Microsoft Office 

● Solid understanding of how to translate business challenges and opportunities to HR Initiatives
