The YA-A132 Lateral Decubitus Shoulder Traction Tower is designed for patient positioning and controlled arm traction during arthroscopic and open shoulder procedures performed in the lateral decubitus position. It provides adjustable traction, abduction and arm positioning to facilitate surgical access and visualization of the shoulder joint.
The tower features a height-adjustable and length-adjustable boom arm, with an adjustable cross-beam angle to accommodate different surgical positions and patient requirements. A counterweight traction system provides stable, controlled traction throughout the procedure.
Constructed from 304 stainless steel and aluminum-magnesium alloy, the tower combines structural strength with a lightweight design. The reusable traction sleeve can be cleaned and sterilized between procedures. A mobile base trolley allows convenient transport, setup and storage, while the traction frame is designed to connect to the side rails of compatible operating tables.
